In addition to cooperation with different Libyan research centers and universities as to offer the available facilities at the center: experts, library, laboratories, instru¬ments and equipments to Libyan researchers and universities students, the cen¬ter has many scientific and research cooperation with organizations and re¬search centers and institutes that are related to marine science and environment at the Arabic, regional and international level. About MBRC

The Marine Biology Research Center was established in  September 1984, the Marine Fisheries Research Center merged with the Marine Biology Re­search Center (MBRC) of Tajura in or­der to unite and the capabilities the ex­pertise of both centers.
Since its establishment until now, the center had endeavoured to accomplish these goals.
